Shopify is retiring the Stocky app after 31 August 2026 and pointing merchants back to Shopify admin and POS. If Stocky runs your purchasing, stocktakes or replenishment today, now is the time to choose what comes next.
Shopify is retiring the Stocky app. After the deadline, purchase orders, stocktakes, transfers and replenishment planning all have to happen somewhere else.
Stocky has been removed from the Shopify App Store. New users cannot install it, and the Stocky APIs will stop working, so any connected tools or workflows will break.
Old purchase orders and stocktakes will not transfer into Shopify, and supplier records cannot be exported from Stocky. Anything you need must be saved before the deadline.
Shopify is folding basic inventory into its core platform. That can work for simple retail, but forecasting, structured purchasing and multi-location planning need a dedicated system.
Invastokk covers everything Stocky did, then goes far beyond it. Built for single or multi-location businesses that want one clear system for stock, sales channels, purchasing and reporting.
